Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Abstrak

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi hubungan antara kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja, serta pengaruhnya pada kinerja dan produktivitas karyawan PT Bank XYZ (Persero) Tbk, Jakarta Selatan. Dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 4.1.0.1 parsial paling kecil persegi dalam menganalisis data dari 135 responden, ditemukan bahwa kompensasi memiliki efek positif pada kinerja karyawan tetapi tidak mempengaruhi produktivitas, sementara kepuasan pekerjaan memiliki efek yang positif pada produktivitas tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas karyawan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada kinerja. Selain itu, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas karyawan memediasi hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja tetapi tidak memediasikan hubungan antara kompensasi dan kinerjanya.
