Policy for Accelerating Digital Transformation in Indonesia
The Prospects and Challenges of Developing the Creative Economy

Digital transformation has become a global trend that affects all aspects of human life. In Indonesia, policies to accelerate digital transformation can accelerate economic growth, especially in the creative economy sector. Existing challenges include issues related to infrastructure, literacy, and regulation in accelerating the existing transformation. The purpose of this research is to analyze the opportunities and challenges related to policies to accelerate digital transformation in the development of the creative economy in Indonesia. The research found that there are various opportunities that can be utilized in the development of the creative economy in Indonesia through policies to accelerate digital transformation, but challenges must be addressed, such as low accessibility to technology and inadequate infrastructure. The research shows that policies to accelerate digital transformation can be a driving force for the growth of the creative economy in Indonesia, which must be adapted to local conditions and accompanied by efforts to improve access to adequate technology and infrastructure. The research methodology used in this study is a qualitative approach to understand and explain complex and varied phenomena from the perspective of the subjects involved in this study. Data analysis is done by collecting data from various relevant literature sources related to the phenomenon being studied, including popular scientific journals and credible statistical data. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that policies to accelerate digital transformation can be an important factor in the development of the creative economy in Indonesia, with efforts to overcome existing challenges, such as improving access to technology and adequate infrastructure. Therefore, synergy is needed between industry players, the government, and society to encourage and support the growth of the creative economy in Indonesia through policies to accelerate digital transformation.
