Menjelajahi Faktor-Faktor Pendorong Niat Berkelanjutan untuk Menggunakan Layanan Pemerintah Seluler

Abstrak

Penggunaan teknologi secara berkelanjutan sangat penting untuk memastikan dampak inovasi yang berkelanjutan dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan dalam organisasi. Keberhasilan jangka panjang inisiatif Sistem Informasi (SI)/Teknologi Informasi (TI) tidak hanya bergantung pada adopsi awalnya, tetapi juga pada penggunaan berkelanjutannya. Oleh karena itu, memahami faktor-faktor yang memotivasi pengguna untuk terus terlibat dengan teknologi baru sangat penting untuk mengevaluasi keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan proyek tersebut. Terlepas dari pentingnya hal ini, sebagian besar penelitian di bidang ini terutama berfokus pada penerimaan pengguna daripada penggunaan berkelanjutan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menjembatani kesenjangan ini dengan mengeksplorasi bagaimana persepsi warga tentang kegunaan dan kepuasan memengaruhi niat mereka untuk terus menggunakan layanan pemerintah seluler. Survei dilakukan terhadap 254 warga negara Indonesia yang telah berinteraksi dengan platform pemerintah seluler. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM), dengan tiga konstruk utama yang diukur: persepsi kegunaan, kepuasan, dan niat untuk terus menggunakan layanan pemerintah seluler. Nilai R² dari model struktural menunjukkan bahwa 83,6% variasi dalam niat berkelanjutan untuk menggunakan layanan m-government dijelaskan oleh persepsi kegunaan dan kepuasan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kegunaan memberikan pengaruh yang lebih substansial terhadap niat berkelanjutan daripada kepuasan. Kontribusi teoritis studi ini meningkatkan pemahaman tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penggunaan berkelanjutan dalam konteks m-government, sementara kontribusi praktis memberikan wawasan bagi para pembuat kebijakan untuk merancang layanan m-government yang lebih efektif dan menarik.
