Mendorong Kebijakan Hijau untuk Kemudahan Berbisnis–Investasi dan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan

Pembangunan berkelanjutan bisnis dan investasi di Indonesia telah mempercepat agenda ekonomi dan sosial negara ini, berkontribusi langsung pada pertumbuhan ekonomi dan perluasan kesempatan kerja. Namun, kebijakan investasi belum sepenuhnya menjawab kebutuhan akan keamanan dan kesehatan lingkungan yang berkelanjutan, sehingga kehadiran investasi sering memicu masalah kerusakan lingkungan baru. Kemudian, pertanyaannya adalah bagaimana kebijakan hijau memainkan peran strategis dalam mencegah kerusakan lingkungan dalam hal investasi dan kemudahan berusaha, serta mempromosikan kebijakan hijau untuk investasi hijau. Tujuan dari tulisan ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi dan mempromosikan peran dan tugas kebijakan hijau yang terjadi di banyak daerah di Indonesia sehingga dapat dirancang untuk media untuk mengendalikan perubahan penggunaan lahan untuk dan atas nama mendorong investasi dan bisnis dengan tetap memperhatikan dan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip 'investasi hijau,' yaitu pembangunan investasi berkelanjutan. Dengan studi kasus di Kabupaten Banyumas, melalui metode analisis data kualitatif deskriptif dengan model triangulasi analisis data, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa kebijakan hijau dalam paradigma pembangunan berkelanjutan di lanskap regional dan lokal belum sesuai dengan prinsip 'kebijakan hijau', yaitu kebijakan pembangunan (investasi dan bisnis) yang memperhatikan dan menerapkan nilai-nilai pembangunan berkelanjutan, guna mencegah kerusakan alam, lingkungan yang akan mengancam keberlanjutan pembangunan di sektor lainnya. Di tingkat pemerintah daerah, seperti di Kabupaten Banyumas, kebijakan hijau berperan penting dalam mencegah kerusakan lingkungan sekaligus memberikan arahan langsung kepada calon investor sebelum mereka melakukan kegiatan investasi lebih lanjut. Kebijakan hijau telah terbukti memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif kepada calon investor, sehingga memberikan jaminan keamanan investasi. Untuk itu, kebijakan hijau sudah seharusnya diintegrasikan ke dalam agenda kemudahan berusaha dan investasi. Pemerintah sebagai regulator pusat, seharusnya berani mempromosikannya guna mengakselerasi agenda pembangunan berkelanjutan.
