Strategi dan Peta Jalan Pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan di Kota Serang

Penyusunan Dokumen Kajian Lingkungan Hidup Strategis Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (KLHS RPJMD) merupakan amanat dari Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri (Permendagri) nomor 7 tahun 2018 dan menjadi dasar penyusunan Dokumen RPJMD. Sebagaimana diamanatkan, Dokumen KLHS harus dapat mengarahkan rencana pembangunan untuk mencapai Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (TPB), sehingga Pemkot Serang menghadapi beberapa konsekuensi dan memerlukan strategi serta peta jalan upaya pencapaian TPB. Konsekuensi yang timbul harus dijalani, kemudian diikuti dengan pelaksanaan strategi serta peta jalan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif analisis. Analisis yang diambil menggunakan metode TAIDA (tracking, analyzing, identifying, deciding, and acting), dan hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pemkot Serang perlu mengelaborasi strategi dan peta jalan pencapaian TPB sebagai langkah bersama secara sinergis. Strategi utama meliputi 4 (empat) aspek, yaitu aspek regulasi, pendanaan, kerjasama, dan sosialisasi. Peta jalan menunjukkan langkah-langkah yang perlu ditempuh Pemkot, mulai dari sosialisasi hingga mempromosikan praktek terbaik dalam inisiasi kerjasama antar daerah.
