Abstrak

Konflik pascapemilu di Desa Lamaksenulu, Indonesia, mencerminkan ketidakpuasan publik terhadap hasil pemilu dan ketegangan sosial-politik yang mendasarinya. Studi ini mengkaji strategi manajemen konflik dalam konteks teori manajemen konflik Thomas dan Kilmann dalam lingkungan pedesaan Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, studi ini mengkaji bagaimana kolaborasi, kompromi, dan akomodasi—yang dimediasi oleh kepemimpinan tradisional dan tata kelola hibrida—digunakan untuk mengatasi perselisihan. Meskipun rekonsiliasi diupayakan melalui musyawarah dan dialog, ketidakpuasan struktural tetap ada, yang menimbulkan risiko ketegangan yang berulang. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur dengan melokalisasi model manajemen konflik Barat yang banyak digunakan, yang menawarkan perspektif yang berlandaskan budaya tentang penyelesaian konflik pascapemilu. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bagaimana menggabungkan lembaga formal dengan praktik adat meningkatkan pemahaman tentang dinamika konflik dalam demokrasi pedesaan. Rekomendasi utama meliputi peningkatan transparansi pemilu, penguatan kepemimpinan tradisional dalam mediasi perselisihan, dan pengembangan program rekonsiliasi inklusif untuk mendorong stabilitas sosial-politik yang langgeng.
