Menyelami Lebih Dalam Keberhasilan Badan Usaha Milik Desa Bersama (BUMDes) di Indonesia

Pembentukan Badan Usaha Milik Desa Bersama (BUMDes Bersama) memberikan peluang untuk menciptakan jaringan kolaboratif antardesa, untuk mengatasi tantangan pertumbuhan bisnis yang terhambat yang umumnya dihadapi oleh badan usaha milik desa tunggal. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor pendorong utama pengembangan BUMDes Bersama menggunakan pendekatan interpretive structural modeling (ISM) dan memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk pertumbuhannya. Berdasarkan tinjauan pustaka dan wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan 8 informan, diidentifikasi sembilan faktor pendorong. Faktor-faktor ini menjadi dasar untuk menyusun kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada tiga responden yang sengaja dipilih untuk membangun hubungan kontekstual. Analisis ISM memprioritaskan intervensi berdasarkan faktor pendorong yang berada di Kuadran III dan IV dari analisis MICMAC dan level tertinggi dalam model interaksi ISM. Faktor pendorong utama meliputi pengaruh politik kepala desa, keterampilan manajerial dan teknis, dan karakteristik kepemimpinan, serta dukungan pemerintah, kesetaraan kemampuan antardesa, dan inisiatif pendirian. Kesimpulan yang diambil adalah bahwa faktor politik dan manajemen memprediksi keberhasilan BUMDes Bersama dan memengaruhi faktor-faktor lainnya. Oleh karena itu, penanganan faktor-faktor pendukung ini sangat penting bagi keberhasilan pengembangan BUMDes Bersama di Indonesia. Selain implikasi praktis ini, penelitian ini memperkaya literatur tentang usaha sosial di Indonesia, yang selama ini terbatas pada BUMDes desa tunggal dan terfragmentasi dalam menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi.
