Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara infrastruktur desa dan kinerja pembangunan di desa-desa di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting tentang signifikansi memahami peran infrastruktur desa dalam meningkatkan kinerja pembangunan desa. Dalam penelitian ini, infrastruktur desa diukur melalui tiga dimensi, yaitu infrastruktur sosial, fisik, dan institusi. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk menggambarkan karakteristik infrastruktur desa dan kinerja pembangunan desa di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Selain itu, analisis korelasi digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel infrastruktur desa dan kinerja pembangunan desa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa infrastruktur sosial, fisik, dan institusi di desa-desa di Jawa Tengah menunjukkan karakteristik yang beragam dan hubungan yang lemah.
