Integrasi Agile Governance dan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan dalam Tata Kelola Pedesaan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan Inovasi Desa Mandiri melalui integrasi agile governance dan sustainable development dalam tata kelola pemerintahan desa. Fokus utama penelitian adalah pada upaya pemerintah Desa Lobuk Kabupaten Sumenep Jawa Timur dan Desa Srimulyo Kabupaten Bantul Yogyakarta dalam inovasi pembangunan melalui prinsip agile governance. Pendekatan agile governance menekankan pada daya tanggap dan fleksibilitas pemerintah yang bergerak cepat dan lincah dalam menyelenggarakan pemerintahan, pelayanan dan pembangunan. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, analisis dokumen kebijakan, dan observasi partisipatif. Jumlah informan sebanyak 10 orang yang meliputi perangkat kepala desa, perangkat desa, pelaku usaha, pemuda desa, tokoh masyarakat, dan pakar bidang kebijakan dan pembangunan. Data dikelompokkan dan dianalisis melalui NVivo Pro 12. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan tentang keberhasilan inovasi pembangunan desa melalui integrasi tata kelola pemerintahan yang lincah, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan. Pendekatan agile governance mendorong pemerintah yang fleksibel dan responsif dalam memenuhi kebutuhan publik dan melaksanakan pembangunan. Capaian yang telah dilakukan berupa digitalisasi pelayanan, tingginya partisipasi masyarakat, pertumbuhan ekonomi, peningkatan pendidikan, pemenuhan infrastruktur, dan aksesibilitas mobilisasi publik. Penelitian ini berimplikasi sebagai panduan bagi pemerintah desa dalam mengoptimalkan strategi pembangunan untuk mencapai tujuan yang berkelanjutan di tingkat lokal.
