Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic situation has brought various changes. One of      them is an adjustment in education sector, which was turning from offline to online. The use of digital application learning platforms, such as RuangGuru and Zenius Education shows its existence as a learning solution during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study emphasizes on digital application learning innovations are widespread in the education sector for decade. Using the Multi-Level Perspective (MLP) framework, this study shows the relevant social groups at the meso level have responded to the landscape development (internet network) and niche at the micro level. It has an impact on the success of online learning innovation. Furthermore, the pandemic Covid-19 stimulate the innovation and made them as an unintended non-human actor for this innovation. It has contributed to the encouragement of the success of digital application learning innovation. This study uses a historiographical with a constructivist approach. The data used in this study are journal articles, news and reports related to online learning innovation.
