Abstrak

Pengembangan perangkat lunak adalah salah satu kebutuhan paling kuat di setiap organisasi dan industri pada generasi saat ini. Hal ini digunakan untuk membantu fungsionalitas sistem mereka dengan menggunakan panduan pengembangan perangkat lunak yang bernama Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Berbagai pengembangan sistem telah dilakukan, termasuk pengembangan sistem layanan pengaduan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode pengembangan Extreme Programming (XP) dan User-Centered Design (UCD) untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi geografis layanan pengaduan Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) Kota Kediri. Metode pengembangan ini diharapkan dapat memenuhi harapan pengguna. Selain itu, dapat mengurangi waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mengembangkan produk dengan hasil yang akan ditunjukkan dengan melakukan uji kegunaan dan uji validitas. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode pengembangan extreme programming dan user-centered design, baik secara kuantitatif maupun kualitatif untuk pengujian pengguna. Aplikasi berhasil dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan XP dan UCD. Aplikasi layanan pengaduan BNN Kota Kediri berhasil dikembangkan dalam beberapa tahap: perencanaan, implementasi desain, dan kode program, dilanjutkan dengan tahap evaluasi. Pada tahap evaluasi, hasil pengujian usability pada aplikasi mobile geotagging layanan pengaduan BNN Kota Kediri memperoleh total skor 92,75% dengan interpretasi sangat baik, dan hasil pengujian validasi memperoleh nilai 100%. Penerapan extreme programming dan user-centered design sebagai metode pengembangan menghasilkan usability testing dan user experience yang tinggi karena pada tahap pengembangan mengutamakan interaksi dan pendapat pengguna.
