Abstrak

Komitmen, motivasi dan kinerja yaitu salah satu dari beberapa faktor mempengaruhi pengembangan jenjang karier. Tujuan dari Penelitian untuk menguji dan menganalisis komitmen, motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dan jenjang karier pegawai, serta kinerja memediasi pengaruh komitmen dan jenjang karier, dan kinerja memediasi pengaruh motivasi dan jenjang karier pada Biro Umum Setda Provinsi NTT. Olah data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM PLS versi 3.3.9 dalam menganalisis data. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa komitmen dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jenjang karier, komitmen tidak berpengaruh terhadap jenjang karier. kinerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jenjang karier. Kinerja mampu memediasi antara komitmen dan jenjang karier dan terakhir kinerja mampu memediasi antara motivasi dan jenjang karier pegawai Biro umum Setda Provinsi NTT
