Model Inovasi Pengembangan Pemberdayaan Pemuda (Studi Kasus di Kabupaten Banyumas)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model inovasi pemberdayaan pemuda dalam konteks pembangunan desa di Kabupaten Banyumas, Jawa Tengah. Urgensi penelitian ini didasari oleh fakta demografis bahwa lebih dari 52% populasi Indonesia berasal dari generasi milenial dan Gen Z, namun partisipasi mereka dalam pembangunan pedesaan sering kali terhambat oleh keterbatasan akses dan kurangnya ekosistem yang mendukung. Sebagai aset strategis, potensi pemuda perlu diaktivasi melalui model yang mengintegrasikan pendekatan multistakeholder, pemanfaatan teknologi digital, dan penguatan modal sosial-ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang mendalam. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan, observasi lapangan, serta analisis komprehensif terhadap dokumen kebijakan daerah. Temuan utama penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fragmentasi program antar-lembaga menjadi hambatan terbesar dalam pemberdayaan pemuda desa. Sebagai solusinya, penelitian ini mengusulkan Model 4 Pilar (penguatan kapasitas, akses modal, ekosistem inovasi teknologi, dan partisipasi tata kelola) yang didukung oleh sinergi Pentahelix serta infrastruktur digital untuk memangkas kesenjangan kota dan desa. Implementasi model strategis ini terbukti krusial untuk mentransformasi pemuda menjadi penggerak ekonomi lokal demi mewujudkan pembangunan desa yang mandiri dan berkelanjutan.
